1. Terms used Operator - the copyright of the portal Genesis.ms, is a party to the User Agreement. The operator performs administration and maintenance, provides users with access to the portal, services (also paid services), under the terms of this agreement.
 
User - an individual visiting the portal or participating in projects of the portal Genesis.ms.
 
The User, as well as the Operator, is a party to the Agreement.
 
Portal - special hardware and software complexes placed on Operator’s resources. Users access to the portal is provided only by the Operator. All rights to use this portal belong exclusively to the Operator.
 
Site - site located on the Internet at https://genesis.ms
 
Services - providing Users with access to the Portal, use of facilities and services, participation in projects under the conditions defined by the Agreements. Operator's services are provided free of charge. The only exceptions are Additional Paid Services. All Services are provided by the operator only within the Portal, i.e. during its use by the User.
 
Additional Paid Services - providing the User with additional special features of the Portal for a fee. These services are not mandatory and are available at the request of the User. Paid Services are also provided by the Operator solely within the Portal.
 
 
 
2. Subject of the Agreement  
2.1. Provision by the Operator of access to the Portal (Services, Services, Paid Services) to an unlimited number of persons, under the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be amended, supplemented by the Operator without prior notice to the User. Any changes come into force immediately after the publication of the amended version of the Agreement on the Website. In order to avoid controversial issues, the User undertakes to independently verify the text of the Agreement on the Site, where it is freely available. In case of failure to verify the text of the Agreement by the User, this fact cannot serve as a basis for refusal to fulfill the obligations assumed. The amended version of the Agreement after publication on the Website has the same legal force as the original text.

1. Terms used Operator - the copyright of the portal Genesis.ms, is a party to the User Agreement. The operator performs administration and maintenance, provides users with access to the portal, services (also paid services), under the terms of this agreement.
 
User - an individual visiting the portal or participating in projects of the portal Genesis.ms.
 
The User, as well as the Operator, is a party to the Agreement.
 
Portal - special hardware and software complexes placed on Operator’s resources. Users access to the portal is provided only by the Operator. All rights to use this portal belong exclusively to the Operator.
 
Site - site located on the Internet at https://genesis.ms
 
Services - providing Users with access to the Portal, use of facilities and services, participation in projects under the conditions defined by the Agreements. Operator's services are provided free of charge. The only exceptions are Additional Paid Services. All Services are provided by the operator only within the Portal, i.e. during its use by the User.
 
Additional Paid Services - providing the User with additional special features of the Portal for a fee. These services are not mandatory and are available at the request of the User. Paid Services are also provided by the Operator solely within the Portal.
 
 
 
2. Subject of the Agreement  
2.1. Provision by the Operator of access to the Portal (Services, Services, Paid Services) to an unlimited number of persons, under the terms of this Agreement.

1. На сервере при регистрации устанавливается  префикс к логину, это случайная комбинация букв, которая присоединяется к вашему логину.Таким способом, брут игровых аккаунтов исключен!
2. На сервере доступна привязка к HWID. Ваш аккаунт привязывается к вашему компьютеру! Мы разработали специальные алгоритм и при привязки к HWID никто, с другого компьютера не сможет зайти на ваших персонажей.
3. Установлен специальная система PIN-Code.
Таким образом, мы полностью исключили ответственность Администрации при взломе Ваших персонажей.

Описание концепции и условия акции:
 
Уже давно, ни для кого не секрет, что для всех современных и крупных проектов Lineage 2 покупка паков на сервер - это важный маркетинговый шаг! Мы решили легализировать данный момент,  чтобы абсолютно любой клан имел чёткую мотивацию продолжительно играть на нашем проекте!
Мы платим за Ваши организаторские способности, если Вы не можете организовать явку пака, указанную в заявке, на эпиках - значит Вы не справляетесь с взятыми на себя обязательствами! В таком случае оплата произведена не будет!
Мы заинтересованы в долгосрочном сотрудничестве и желаем чтобы игроки не покидали наш сервер спустя неделю игры, как это бывает практически везде.

Форма заявки:
1. Название клана
2. Игровой ник клан лидера
 
После подачи заявки мы с Вами свяжемся для обсуждения основных моментов, если решение о переходе клана будет положительным, под клан резервируются средства для будущей оплаты.
 
Список главных требований и условий для кланов, которые претендуют на участие в акции:
 
1. Состав игроков в паке, для участия в акции = 9 игроков.
2. Сумма оплаты в неделю:
- при составе 9 игроков (1 КП) 3 000 руб.
3. Допускается донабор соло игроков в клан для концентрации большего онлайна на эпик боссах. При этом зарплата на пак не увеличивается. Пример: пак набрал дополнительно 10 игроков и пришел на эпик в составе 19 человек - зарплата 3 000 рублей остается без изменений.
 
Оплата производится в конце каждой отыгранной недели в четверг после 23-00.
 
До старта сервера авансов не выдаем.
 
Бонусы в виде игровых ценностей мы не выдаём! Только бонусы переходящим кланам в соответствующей теме.
Скидки на донат мы не делаем - цены для всех равны, донат принимается только через сайт!
Исключения - технические проблемы при оплате у игроков, обсуждаются индивидуально. 
 
Клан должен показывать каждый день весь состав который заявил на эпиках и РБ Genessis Boss в промежуток времени с 20-00 до 23-00, могут быть единичные исключения в случае критических форс-мажоров.
 
Если клан пропускает 1 день и не показывает состав на эпиках, оплата переноситься на 1 день вперёд, в случае если клан пропустит 2 и больше дней - оплаты не будет!
Клан который подал заявку на участие в акции, должен создать тему в клан разделе о переходе, тема будет закреплена. 
 
Клан который был создан после открытия проекта и в большинстве своего состава был набран из соло игроков сервера, а только после подал заявку - участвовать в акции не может!
Выплаты производиться только по средством WebMoney/QIWI на кошелёк клан лидера.
 
Все требования будут строго контролироваться со стороны администрации, как в режиме автоматического программного мониторинга так и в ручном режиме, каждый день!

Все говорят л2 уже не та, на самом деле всё по прежнему, просто у аудитории выросло желание быстро прокачаться и идти на ПВП, меньше становиться людей которые любят заниматься трейдом и играть на  малых рейта. Но это мое мнение

Отлично! Думаю надо тебя закрепить, а может сделать отдельную рубрику инструкции от игроков. Когда я начина в с3 хроники из гайдов был только локальный информер с устаревшей базой шмота. И всё !
